About our Team

Our team hold senior pharmacy and medicines roles in the NHS and the independent sector. That is what makes the advice worth having, and it is also why we are careful about how we work.


We advise clients on how healthcare systems work and how to engage with them. Our consultants do not promote medicines, and they take no part in any decision affecting their own organisation’s purchasing. Every engagement is agreed in a written contract with a defined scope before any work begins, priced at fair market value for the services described, and declared to the consultant’s employer under their organisation’s conflicts of interest policy. Where we are contracted by a pharmaceutical company, fees and expenses are disclosed under the ABPI Code.

We work for both NHS and pharmaceutical clients, and we are open with each about the other. We do not take on work where those interests would conflict, and if we think a piece of work would put us in that position, we will say so before it starts rather than after.

Declaring interests and working inside governance is routine for senior pharmacists in practice. It is the same discipline we bring to client work.
