About Davina
Davina Hawkins provides all things operational at Kandarp Thakkar Consultants, ensuring the consultancy runs with precision, calm and an enviable level of organisation. Meticulous, structured and relentlessly dependable, she brings a rare blend of NHS operational depth and governance discipline that goes well beyond traditional executive support.
With over 10 years of NHS experience, Davina’s career spans pharmacy administration, clinical governance, risk and incident management, patient experience and quality systems. She has held roles including Pharmacy General Office Manager, Clinical Governance Support Officer and Quality Administrative Assistant – building a grounded understanding of how NHS organisations actually function.
She now works alongside her studies as a Student Pharmacy Technician, developing her clinical knowledge to complement the operational and governance expertise she already brings. That combination of system understanding and professional curiosity makes her a quietly indispensable part of the Kandarp Thakkar Consultants team.

Work Ethic
Davina applies the same forensic attention to a routine task as to a high-stakes deadline — because she knows that in governance and operations, the small things are rarely small. She is first in and last to leave, not because it is expected, but because she holds the standard personally. The kind of reliable that everyone notices only when it isn’t there. She holds the organisation together quietly, and takes it as a point of pride that nothing falls through the gap on her watch.
Good enough is never quite good enough. If something is worth doing, it’s worth doing in a way that no one needs to revisit.
